Have you noticed that so many of us have a horrible voice in our head that says crappy things like,


“It’s too late for you.”




“You totally missed the boat- look at all these younger kids passing you up.”  




Tell that voice to suck it


If another human being said that to us, we would probably tell them where to stick it, but when it’s in our own mind, it can become debilitating.  


Marie Forleo always has wonderful advice and perspective. I just finished reading an article of hers that talks about how age is nothing but a number. You’re never too old to start or learn something new.
